About AIMA Aspire

Recognising the growing importance and contribution of women - in all lines of business and work – All India Management Association (AIMA) has set up a special women's Council 'AIMA Aspire' with the premise of Strengthening Leadership amongst Women. AIMA Aspire aims to act as a platform to inspire and encourage women to harness their true potential through best practice sharing, networking, and learning. The overall mission and vision of the Council will be to nurture emerging women achievers of today to become exemplary leaders of tomorrow. AIMA Aspire will provide learning and networking opportunities through special programmes, sessions, workshops, etc - with a focus on areas relevant to the current and future needs of women professionals.
